Pricing and Purchase
Final Sudoku is available as a one-time purchase for $4.99. This is a lifetime access purchase with no subscription, no recurring fees, and no in-app purchases required. Once purchased, you have full access to all current features.
Refund Policy
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Purchases made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policy. Please contact the respective store for refund requests, as we do not process payments directly.
Intellectual Property
All content in Final Sudoku, including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, user interface, and puzzle generation algorithms, is the intellectual property of The Coffey Company. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use the application or its content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
User-Generated Content
When you use the "Enter Your Own Puzzle" feature, you are entering puzzle data that remains stored locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership over puzzles you enter.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Final Sudoku is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Coffey Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Final Sudoku.
Modifications to the Application
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the application at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the application.
Changes to These Terms
